If your order is cancelled or returned for any reason, we will refund your credit card or PayPal account. Please note that refund times may vary depending on bank processing times.

SHIPPING:

We offer three shipping options for our customers:

1. DHL: Delivery time is 3-7 working days.
2. Standard Freight: Delivery time is 7-15 working days.
3. Free Shipping: Delivery time is the same as Standard Freight.

If your order total reaches $400 (in the US) or $500 (in other countries), you will qualify for free shipping.

We strive to ensure that your order is processed and shipped as quickly as possible. Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs processing and other factors that are beyond our control.

(Please note that some products and countries may not support Standard Freight. If you do not see the option for Standard Freight during checkout, it means that your country is not supported or the product is not eligible for this shipping method. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.)

Please note that we are not responsible for any shipping costs. You will need to pay for shipping and any associated import taxes and other charges. Shipping charges are automatically added to the total of your order at settlement.

If your order cannot be delivered for any reason, we will return your order and refund it to your credit card or PayPal account. In this case, Mustang will not bear any transportation costs.
